Er stammt aus dem Mezzane-Tal, einem Gebiet \u00f6stlich von Verona, das traditionell dem Anbau von Oliven, Kirschen, Kastanien und Reben gewidmet ist. Dieses fruchtbare Umfeld hat seit Jahrhunderten eine florierende Landwirtschaft beg\u00fcnstigt. Der Name \u201eRuvaln\u201c stammt aus dem Altzimbrianischen und bedeutet \u201eBach\u201c, in Anlehnung an die zahlreichen Wasserl\u00e4ufe in der Region.<\/p>\n<p>Die Cuv\u00e9e besteht aus Corvina Veronese (40 %), Corvinone (40 %) und Rondinella (20 %), die auf 400 Metern H\u00f6he auf mittelstrukturierten Kalkb\u00f6den wachsen. Die Trauben werden sorgf\u00e4ltig selektiert und anschlie\u00dfend drei Monate lang getrocknet. Danach werden sie entrappt, sanft gepresst und vier Wochen lang mit Schalenkontakt spontan in Edelstahltanks vergoren. Der Wein reift anschlie\u00dfend etwa 24 Monate in 25-Hektoliter-Eichenf\u00e4ssern.<\/p>\n<p>Der Amarone della Valpolicella \u201eRuvaln\u201c von Adalia zeigt sich in einem intensiven, dunklen Granatrot. Das Bouquet ist von umh\u00fcllenden und bet\u00f6renden Aromen gepr\u00e4gt: Trockenfr\u00fcchte, s\u00fc\u00dfe Gew\u00fcrze, balsamische Noten, ger\u00f6steter Tabak und Kaffee. Am Gaumen wirkt er streng und seidig zugleich \u2013 kraftvoll, reichhaltig und warm, mit angenehmer Frische und samtigen Tanninen.
