Doch es sind die Kultweing\u00fcter, die mit handwerklich hergestellten Kleinserien die Fantasie echter Kenner befl\u00fcgeln.<\/p>\n<p>De Buris ist eines dieser Kultweing\u00fcter, bekannt f\u00fcr seine kompromisslose Philosophie und das unersch\u00fctterliche Streben, nur Weine von h\u00f6chster Qualit\u00e4t zu produzieren. Die Trauben f\u00fcr diesen exquisiten Amarone stammen aus dem Weinberg La Groletta in Sant\u2019Ambrogio di Valpolicella.<\/p>\n<p>Der Weinberg La Groletta liegt in der Gemeinde Sant\u2019Ambrogio di Valpolicella und umfasst eine Gesamtfl\u00e4che von 10 Hektar, darunter eine 1,9 Hektar gro\u00dfe Parzelle sowie etwa 0,5 Hektar des Cru La Groletta. In 250\u202fm H\u00f6he gelegen und nach S\u00fcdwesten ausgerichtet mit Blick auf den Gardasee, wachsen die Reben auf lehmig-kalkhaltigen B\u00f6den mit mittlerer Textur und m\u00e4\u00dfigem Steinanteil, einem pH-Wert zwischen 7 und 7,5, niedrigem Humusgehalt und hohem Gehalt an Kalkstein, Kalium und Kalzium sowie geringeren Mengen an Magnesium und Eisen. Die Erziehung erfolgt im Guyot-System mit einer Pflanzdichte von 6.500 Rebst\u00f6cken pro Hektar. Das Durchschnittsalter der Reben betr\u00e4gt 30 Jahre. Der Ertrag liegt bei 6.000\u202fkg pro Hektar, mit einer Ausbeute von 40\u202f% nach dem Trocknungsverfahren.<\/p>\n<p>Nur die besten Trauben werden von Hand gelesen und 110 Tage lang dem traditionellen Appassimento-Verfahren unterzogen, wodurch ein reichhaltiger, komplexer und k\u00f6rperreicher Wein entsteht.<\/p>\n<p>Der fertige Wein ist eine meisterhafte Cuv\u00e9e aus Corvina, Corvinone, Oseleta und Rondinella \u2013 jede Sorte bringt ihren eigenen aromatischen Charakter ein. Der Ausbau erfolgt \u00fcber f\u00fcnf Jahre in slawonischen Eichenf\u00e4ssern, die dem Wein eine dezente Rauchigkeit und eine samtige Textur verleihen.<\/p>\n<p>Das Aroma ist intensiv und vielschichtig: Opulente Waldfr\u00fcchte stehen im Vordergrund und setzen eine fruchtige B\u00fchne. Doch es geht weiter: Pfeffrige W\u00fcrze verleiht zus\u00e4tzliche Tiefe, w\u00e4hrend typische Weihnachtsgew\u00fcrze wie Muskatnuss, Zimt und Nelken eine festliche W\u00e4rme hinzuf\u00fcgen \u2013 perfekt f\u00fcr kalte Winterabende.<\/p>\n<p>Hinzu kommen edle Kakaonoten mit tief schokoladigem Charakter, die jeder Verkostung einen Hauch von Luxus verleihen. Ein Hauch Butter rundet das Ganze geschmeidig und elegant ab.<\/p>\n<p>Insgesamt ergibt sich ein unverwechselbares Aromenspiel aus Frucht, W\u00fcrze und Schokolade \u2013 eine sensorische Reise, die sowohl beeindruckt als auch verf\u00fchrt. Dieses Aroma zeugt von der hohen Kunstfertigkeit und Pr\u00e4zision, mit der dieser Wein geschaffen wurde \u2013 ein echtes Juwel f\u00fcr anspruchsvolle Genie\u00dfer.<\/p>\n<p>Am Gaumen zeigt sich der Wein strukturiert und au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlich geschmeidig. S\u00fc\u00dfe Frucht wird durch markante Mineralit\u00e4t ausbalanciert, die lange auf der Zunge verweilt. Der Abgang ist lang, erfrischend und elegant \u2013 ideal, um ihn pur zu genie\u00dfen oder mit einer Vielzahl an Speisen zu kombinieren.<\/p>\n<p>Trotz seines Alters steht dieser Wein noch ganz am Anfang seiner Entwicklung. Er wird mit der Zeit weiter an Komplexit\u00e4t gewinnen.
