Ein Muss f\u00fcr jeden ernsthaften Amarone-Kenner.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cuv\u00e9e: <\/strong>Corvina und Corvinone 70 %, Rondinella 10 %, Oseleta 10 %, Croatina 7 %, andere 3 %.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Boden: <\/strong>Kalkhaltig mit rotem Lehm und Tuffstein.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Weinbereitungstechniken: <\/strong>Nach der Pressung, 100 Tage nach der Ernte, sortieren vier bis f\u00fcnf Personen selbst einzelne Trauben aus, wenn sie nicht vollkommen gesund sind. Die Pressung erfolgt mit den F\u00fc\u00dfen, die trockenen Stiele bleiben zur zus\u00e4tzlichen Tanninzugabe im Most, w\u00e4hrend die G\u00e4rung mit autochthonen Hefen bei unkontrollierten Temperaturen in einem konischen Eichen-G\u00e4rbottich stattfindet.
