Jeder Schluck bietet einen originellen Moment puren Genusses.<\/p>\n<p>Aus Weinbergen am Fu\u00dfe des Fumane-Tals auf 170 Metern \u00fcber dem Meeresspiegel stammend, gedeiht dieser Wein auf ton-kalkhaltigen B\u00f6den und wird nach Marco Speris innovativem \u201eY\u201c-f\u00f6rmigen Pergola-Erziehungssystem kultiviert. Die Cuv\u00e9e besteht aus 40% Corvina, 45% Corvinone und 15% Rondinella \u2014 klassische Sorten, die den wahren Charakter der Valpolicella Classica einfangen.<\/p>\n<p>Der Vinifikationsprozess beginnt mit einer sorgf\u00e4ltigen manuellen Traubenauswahl, gefolgt von etwa 120 Tagen Trocknung. Die Weinbereitung startet mit einer kalten Vormazeration, danach folgt eine spontane G\u00e4rung mit einheimischen Hefen \u00fcber mehr als 90 Tage in Kontakt mit den Schalen. Dieser lange, nat\u00fcrliche Prozess verleiht dem Wein Tiefe und Authentizit\u00e4t.<\/p>\n<p>Geduld pr\u00e4gt auch die Reifung: 48 Monate in 50-Hektoliter-slawonischen Eichenf\u00e4ssern, gefolgt von 24 Monaten in der Flasche, damit der Wein sein volles Potenzial und seinen harmonischen Charakter entfalten kann.<\/p>\n<p>Im Glas zeigt sich dieser Amarone mit 16% Alkoholgehalt in rubinroter Farbe mit granatroten Reflexen. Die Nase offenbart verf\u00fchrerische Ankl\u00e4nge von Schwarzkirsche, Pflaume und Gew\u00fcrzen. Am Gaumen bietet er Komplexit\u00e4t, F\u00fclle und eine angenehme Trockenheit.
