Dieser strukturierte und ausdrucksstarke Wein wird nach der traditionellen \u201eRipasso\u201c-Methode auf Amarone-Trestern hergestellt, was ihm Tiefe und einen klar definierten Charakter verleiht, der sowohl in der Nase als auch am Gaumen hervorsticht. Kraftvoll, aber ausgewogen, spiegelt er den bedachten Einsatz lokaler Rebsorten und handwerklicher Techniken wider.<\/p>\n<p>Die Cuv\u00e9e besteht haupts\u00e4chlich aus Corvina (60%) sowie Corvinone, Rondinella, Oseleta, Coratina und Pipiona, die alle nach dem Pergoletta-System in Weinbergen bei Fumane di Valpolicella angebaut werden. Der Most durchl\u00e4uft eine erste G\u00e4rung auf den Schalen f\u00fcr zwei Wochen, gefolgt von einer zweiten G\u00e4rung durch den \u201eRipasso\u201c-Prozess auf Amarone-Trestern. Anschlie\u00dfend reift der Wein 12 Monate in 50-Hektoliter-F\u00e4ssern und danach weiter in kleineren 7-Hektoliter-F\u00e4ssern. Nach der Abf\u00fcllung entwickelt er sich weiter und gewinnt an Komplexit\u00e4t und Harmonie.<\/p>\n<p>Im Glas zeigt er ein tiefes Rubinrot. Das Bouquet er\u00f6ffnet mit einladenden Fruchtnoten, erg\u00e4nzt durch Schichten von Gew\u00fcrzen. Am Gaumen pr\u00e4sentiert er Struktur, W\u00e4rme und sanfte Tannine, die sich harmonisch ins Gesamtbild einf\u00fcgen.
