Dieser Rotwein aus dem historischen Teilgebiet Valgatara f\u00e4ngt auf elegante Weise den einzigartigen Charakter der Region ein.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Weinberg und Reben:<\/strong> Der Weinberg liegt auf 250 Metern \u00fcber dem Meeresspiegel und gedeiht auf kalk- und tonhaltigen B\u00f6den mit Mor\u00e4nengestein. Die Reben\u2014eine Cuv\u00e9e aus 30% Corvina, 20% Corvinone, 30% Rondinella, 5% Molinara und 15% Oseleta\u2014werden sorgf\u00e4ltig an traditionellen Pergeln gezogen. Die Bepflanzung geht auf die napoleonischen \u201eSommarioni\u201c zur\u00fcck, wobei jede Rebe 1,5 kg Trauben liefert und so ein Erbe h\u00f6chster Qualit\u00e4t verk\u00f6rpert.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ernte und Vinifikation:<\/strong> Die Lese Ende September erfolgt durch sorgf\u00e4ltige Handlese der Trauben. Die Vinifikation folgt den traditionellen Methoden des Valpolicella, mit sanftem Pressen und Mazeration. Einheimische Hefen treiben die langsame, nat\u00fcrliche G\u00e4rung in temperaturkontrollierten Stahltanks \u00fcber 15 Tage an, erg\u00e4nzt durch t\u00e4gliches \u00dcberpumpen und drei Delestagen. Danach erfolgt die nat\u00fcrliche malolaktische G\u00e4rung und der Ausbau in 500-Liter-Tonneaux aus franz\u00f6sischer Eiche.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reifung und Abf\u00fcllung:<\/strong> Ein Jahr im Tonneaux und ein weiteres in der Flasche verfeinern diesen Classico, was zu einer limitierten Jahresproduktion von 4.000 nummerierten Flaschen f\u00fchrt. Jede 750-ml-Flasche verk\u00f6rpert die besonderen Eigenschaften und die Langlebigkeit dieses au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlichen Weins.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sensorisches Erlebnis:<\/strong> Der Wein zeigt sich in einem satten Rubinrot mit violetten Reflexen, gepr\u00e4gt von Intensit\u00e4t und Persistenz. Terti\u00e4re Aromen von Karamell, R\u00f6staromen und Vanille runden das Profil ab. Am Gaumen spiegelt sich diese Komplexit\u00e4t wider, erg\u00e4nzt um Gew\u00fcrze und einen herzhaften Abgang mit mineralischen und schwarzen Pfeffernoten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Perfekte Begleiter:<\/strong> Dieser Valpolicella Superiore passt wunderbar zu einer Vielzahl von Gerichten, von w\u00fcrzigen Suppen und Pasta mit Bohnen bis hin zu Fleischgerichten und leicht gereiftem K\u00e4se und zeigt so seine Vielseitigkeit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lagerf\u00e4higkeit und Serviervorschlag:<\/strong> Bei sachgerechter Lagerung bei 14\u00b0 bis 16\u00b0C und gesch\u00fctzt vor Licht bewahrt der Wein seine Qualit\u00e4ten 9\u201312 Jahre lang.
