Dies ist absolute Spitzenklasse: ein tiefgr\u00fcndiger, gehaltvoller Wein von unbestreitbarer Qualit\u00e4t.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vinifikation<\/strong>: Vollst\u00e4ndig manuelle Lese mit sorgf\u00e4ltigster Selektion. Eine sehr lange <em>Appassimento<\/em>-Phase von \u00fcber drei Monaten im traditionellen <em>fruttaio<\/em> auf klassischen <em>arele<\/em> (Bambustrockengestellen), anschlie\u00dfend sanftes Pressen und eine einmonatige G\u00e4rung in Eichenholz mit autochthonen Hefen.
