Ein Muss f\u00fcr Liebhaber klassischer Amarone.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Assemblage: <\/strong>80\u202f% Corvina, 10\u202f% Rondinella, 10\u202f% Oseleta und Croatina.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Weinbereitung: <\/strong>Die Lese erfolgt von Hand mit sorgf\u00e4ltiger Selektion der Trauben. Es folgt eine vollst\u00e4ndige Appassimento-Phase von 4 Monaten. Nach dem Pressen g\u00e4rt der Most 15\u201320 Tage langsam auf den Schalen, danach reift der Wein mindestens 4 Jahre in gro\u00dfen Eichenbotti und mindestens 1 Jahr in der Flasche, bevor er auf den Markt kommt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alkohol: <\/strong>16,5\u202f%<\/p>\n<p><strong>Farbe: <\/strong>Sattes Rubinrot mit Tendenz zu Granat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aroma: <\/strong>Intensiv fruchtbetont, mit Tiefen von Rosinen und Amarena, untermalt von Zedernholz und schwarzen Gew\u00fcrzen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gaumen: <\/strong>Voll strukturiert, mit viel Weichheit und Finesse, ausbalanciert durch eine belebende Frische.
