Der 2015 Amarone della Valpolicella Classico ist eine Cuv\u00e9e aus Corvinone 45%, Corvina 40% und Rondinella 15%, angebaut auf traditionell pergola-erziehten Reben und von Hand gelesen. Nur die besten Traubenkluster werden ausgew\u00e4hlt und vor dem Pressen etwa 120 Tage lang zum Trocknen gelegt, ein Verfahren, das Zucker, Aromen und Struktur konzentriert. Die G\u00e4rung dauert rund 45 Tage mit langer Maischestandzeit, gefolgt von 42 Monaten Ausbau in gro\u00dfen 50-Hektoliter-Eichenf\u00e4ssern und weiteren 12 Monaten Flaschenruhe vor der Markteinf\u00fchrung. Der Jahrgang 2015 in der Valpolicella war warm und trocken und brachte Trauben mit ausgezeichneter Reife und Konzentration hervor, was zur Tiefe und dem vollen K\u00f6rper des Weins bei 16% Alkohol beitr\u00e4gt. Der Wein erhielt 93 Punkte von Falstaff.<\/p>\n<p>Secondo Marco ist das Weingut von Marco Speri in Fumane, das er 2008 gr\u00fcndete, nachdem er das historische Familienweingut verlassen hatte, um unter eigenem Namen zu arbeiten. Er bewirtschaftet 17 Hektar in der Classica-Zone und f\u00fcllt j\u00e4hrlich rund 85.000 Flaschen ab. Die Reben zieht er an einer Pergola, die er zu einer Y-Form umgestaltet hat, um den Trauben Luft und gleichm\u00e4\u00dfiges Licht zu geben.
