Valpolicella DOC Classico by Monte Santoccio
Fermentation with maceration for 15 days in steel tanks, then aging for 8 to 12 months in cement tanks. Ruby red, with a broad and lively aroma combined with strong tones of fresh fruit. On the palate it is fresh and savory, mineral and fruity with pleasant notes of black cherry.
It pairs well with appetizers, tasty first courses, cold cuts, fresh cheeses.
Excellent served chilled as an aperitif.
