Issu des collines vallonn\u00e9es de la Valpolicella, ce vin rouge est \u00e9labor\u00e9 \u00e0 partir d\u2019un assemblage de 35 % Corvina, 35 % Corvinone, 20 % Rondinella et 10 % Rossignola, avec des vignes \u00e2g\u00e9es en moyenne de 20 ans. Les vignobles reposent sur des sols d\u2019argile rouge et de calcaire, renforc\u00e9s par une base rocheuse solide, offrant un environnement id\u00e9al \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9panouissement des raisins.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"652\" data-end=\"1016\">R\u00e9colt\u00e9es entre fin septembre et d\u00e9but octobre, seules les meilleures grappes sont s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es pour un processus de s\u00e9chage minutieux d\u2019environ quatre mois. Cette technique intensifie les ar\u00f4mes en r\u00e9duisant la teneur en eau tout en concentrant les sucres naturels. L\u2019importance de cette \u00e9tape se refl\u00e8te m\u00eame sur l\u2019\u00e9tiquette du vin, en hommage \u00e0 la transformation qui d\u00e9finit l\u2019Amarone.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1018\" data-end=\"1249\">La fermentation s\u2019\u00e9tend sur 40 \u00e0 60 jours dans des cuves en acier \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature contr\u00f4l\u00e9e, permettant une extraction lente et r\u00e9guli\u00e8re des ar\u00f4mes.
