Comme pour nombre des exemples les plus classiques de style Amarone issus des anciennes maisons de la r\u00e9gion, la priorit\u00e9 ici est autant l\u2019\u00e9quilibre que la puissance \u2013 pour paraphraser Obi-Wan Kenobi, un vin \u00e9l\u00e9gant d\u2019une \u00e9poque plus civilis\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vinification :<\/strong> vendanges enti\u00e8rement manuelles suivies d\u2019un long s\u00e9chage (90 jours !) dans un <em>fruttaio<\/em>.
