Ici, un assemblage de Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Molinara et Oseleta \u2014 chacun apportant son caract\u00e8re propre \u2014 est conduit selon la m\u00e9thode traditionnelle de la pergola artisanale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mill\u00e9sime et Vinification :<\/strong> Fortes de plus de 20 ans de maturit\u00e9, chaque vigne produit 1,5 kg de raisin, r\u00e9colt\u00e9 manuellement de la mi-octobre \u00e0 fin novembre.
