Within Italy, shipping is free on orders over €99.

Within the European Union, shipping is free on orders over €300 to Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, France, Austria and Denmark, and over €400 to the other member states.

For every other destination the cost is calculated at checkout from the weight of the parcel and shown to you before you pay. Twelve bottles to the United States cost €168Regular price €168, now €134, about €11 a bottle.

You receive an order confirmation by email straight away.

We then pack your wines in Venice and arrange collection with the shipping partner. You get tracking information the day the parcel leaves us, usually within two working days.

If you spot a mistake, need to change an address or want to add or replace a bottle, write to us as soon as you can. If the parcel has not left yet, we will sort it out.

Counting working days, from the day the parcel leaves Venice:

• Italy: 3 working days.
• Europe: 10 to 12 working days.
• United States: about 21 working days.
• Other international destinations: about 14 working days, plus local customs.

These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Weekends, public holidays, customs and exceptional transport conditions all move them.

Every parcel leaves Venice in certified isothermal packaging and travels under temperature controlled transport.

Every order is packed and checked by our own team before it goes.

Every shipment is insured in full, and we pay for that insurance.

We hold parcels back during extreme heat or frost to protect the wine, and we tell you when we do.

Within the European Union: no customs duties at all.

To the United States: customs duties on our wine shipments, including the current 15% tariff, are paid by All’Amarone.

Everywhere else outside the European Union: local customs duties and taxes may apply and are paid by the recipient.

Import rules change. Please check the current rules for your country before you order.

Tell us within 14 days of delivery and keep the bottle and the original packaging.

Send us photographs of the outer box, the damaged bottle and the shipping label, so we can open a claim with the courier.

If a bottle is missing or the wrong one arrived, send us your order number and which bottle it is.

If a wine is corked or otherwise faulty, keep the bottle, the cork and the label and write to us before throwing anything away.

We then agree a replacement or a refund with you.

Yes. It is either sent electronically or travels with your order.

If you need a company name, billing address or VAT number on it, enter them at checkout.

Our eShop sells from the same cellar as our Wine Shop and Wine Bar in Venice, with particular depth in Amarone della Valpolicella.

The range covers established estates, small growers, older vintages and bottles that are hard to find outside Italy.

Because the same stock serves the bar, the shop and our international customers, it turns over quickly and is kept in temperature controlled conditions.

Outside the European Union, and outside the United States where we pay the duty ourselves, the local authority decides what is owed. These are the official pages:

Canada
Duties and taxes vary a lot by province, and they are paid by the recipient:

• Alberta: 10 to 15% of the wine value
• Manitoba: about 10% of the wine value
• British Columbia: 85 to 90% of the wine value
• Ontario: 110 to 120% of the wine value
• Quebec: 110 to 120% of the wine value. No gifts: buyer and recipient must be the same person.

Rates change. Please check with your provincial authority before you order.

Unless we say otherwise, discounts apply to the wine and not to shipping.

Yes, as long as the parcel has not left us.

To change a bottle, correct an address or cancel, write to us straight away. We pack quickly, so the sooner you write the better.

Once the parcel is with the courier we may no longer be able to change it.
