Production methods: traditional method fermentation on the skins
Ageing: in large oak casks for 8-10 months, and thereafter in stainless steel
Colour: lively ruby-red with garnet edges
Bouquet: velvety and elegant, with aromas of fresh hay and nuts
Taste: rich, full yet soft
