The winemaking process takes place in steel for 25 days, with malolactic fermentation in 500-liter barrels and aging for two years in new 500-liter tonneux made of French oak.
The Amarone “Antonio Castagnedi” Tenuta Sant’Antonio boasts a balsamic bouquet with hints of violets, blackberries, blueberries, spicy spices, soil, tobacco, and licorice root.
