Corte Sant’Alda Wines
Corte Sant’Alda is a winery located in the Veneto region of Italy, known for producing high-quality wines that showcase the unique character of the region’s terroir. The winery’s philosophy is to allow the vineyard to follow its natural process of evolution, intervening only when necessary to support this process and combat negative effects. This approach results in a lively vineyard with a range of scents and colors that offer distinct feelings and emotions, which can be found in the winery’s range of wines.
At Corte Sant’Alda, the focus is on producing wines that convey personality and character, never being trivial. The winery’s conversion to this approach began somewhat by chance in 1985, but it quickly became the foundation of the company. The winery’s vineyards are located in the Val di Mezzane region, at altitudes between 200 and 350 meters above sea level on medium-textured, limestone-rich soil. Here, the Corvina, Rondinella, and Corvinone grapes thrive and, through minimal intervention winemaking techniques, produce wines that are warm, sinuous, and powerful, with well-integrated tannins and complex flavor profiles.
Whether you are a wine connoisseur or simply looking to discover new and exciting wines, Corte Sant’Alda has something to offer. From their flagship Amarone to their Valpolicella Ripasso “Campo Magri,” each wine is a testament to the winery’s dedication to producing unique and memorable wines that showcase the character of the region.
